In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education on strengthening the prevention and control of campus epidemics caused by new corona-virus, and based on the Law of the People ’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, we have formulated the following disciplinary regulation, aiming at “controlling the source of infection, cutting off the transmission route, and guaranteeing the health of teacher
Article 1 This regulation applies to international students who have obtained official enrollment status at Yancheng Polytechnic College (hereinafter referred to as international students).
Article 2 International students who fabricate, public and disseminate humiliating and anti-Chinese remarks shall be expelled from college; for serious cases, shall be handed over to the local public security department.
Article 3 International students who disseminate untrue epidemic information through Internet shall be given a severe warning; for cases causing adverse social impacts, shall be given demerit or academic probation; for serious cases, shall be handed over to the local public security department.
Article 4 International students who return to college in advance without official return notice shall be given a severe warning and pay related expenses in accordance with the local management regulations during the quarantine; for serious cases, shall be handed over to the local health and disease control and public security departments.
Article 5 During the epidemic period, international students who concealed fever, cough or the history of staying in areas with severe epidemics, shall be given demerit or more severe punishment; for cases involved in violation of relevant national laws and regulations, shall be handed over to the local public security department.
Article 6 When entering or leaving dormitory and campus, international students who provide false identity information or do not cooperate with body temperature detection and other epidemic prevention control measures, shall be given a warning punishment; for students with bad attitudes, shall be given a severe warning or demerit.
Article 7 During the period of dormitory closed management, international students who privately leave the dormitory through the windows and doors without permission, shall be given a warning; If violate again after education, shall be given a severe warning or demerit.
Article 8 During the period of campus closed management, international students who privately leave the campus through the fence without permission, shall be given a serious warning; If violate again after education, shall be given a demerit or academic probation; students with any violation of the epidemic prevention and control requirements outside the school shall be handed over to the public security department.
Article 9 During the epidemic period, international students who stay out all night shall be given a severe warning or demerit; for serious cases, shall be given academic probation or more severe punishment.
Article 10 International students who accommodate outsiders in the dormitory without permission during the epidemic period shall be given a severe warning or demerit.
