During the critical period of fighting against COVID-19, on the morning of February 18, Dong Lingling, Party Secretary and Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Yancheng People’s Government, Lu Shuai, Deputy Director, and Jiang Chunlei, Director of the Foreign Affairs Management Department visited YCPC and condoled the international students. Shao Congqing, Party Committee Secretary of YCPC, Sun Weifang, Vice President of YCPC welcomed the guests and held a seminar.
Secretary Shao introduced a series of measures to prevent and control the epidemic, to ensure life security and improve humanistic care of international students.
Dong Lingling appreciated the achievements made by our college in the cultivation of international students and the effective measures during the epidemic prevention and control period, and thanked the international students for their active participation in various cultural activities organized by the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office.
Sun Weifang said that the leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office attached great importance to and supported the management of international students during the epidemic. In the future, we will strengthen communication with the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and promote international cooperation and the cultivation of international students.
After the seminar, Dong Lingling, on behalf of the Foreign Affairs Office, presented masks to the international students and asked their study and life, encouraged them to increase their confidence in overcoming the epidemic and difficulties, and reasonably arranged their study and life.
