On November 29, the opening ceremony of international students in 2019 was held in the Academic Report Hall. Shao Congqing, Party Committee Secretary of YCPC, Qu Caixin, President of YCPC, and related college leaders and faculty attended the ceremony.
Qu expressed his warm welcome to the new international students. He introduced the Yancheng's history, culture and our college, and hoped the freshmen must abide by China's laws and regulations, promote international cultural exchanges and enhance friendship between countries.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the international students, Nick from Ukraine, and Nellya from Kazakhstan made speeches respectively.
Secretary Shao awarded the college badge to the representatives of the freshmen in 2019.
