On July 3rd, Mr. Jim Whiteway, Dean of the School of International Education, Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology, and Mr. Liu Xu, Executive Consultant to the President, Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology, visited our college. Ms. Sun weifang, vice president of YCPC, met with the visiting guests. Heads of International Cooperation Office, Academic Affairs Office, School of Automotive Engineering, and School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering participated in the negotiations.
On behalf of YCPC, Sun Weifang expressed a warm welcome to the guests and introduced the general school running situation, school running characteristics, international cooperation and exchanges of our college as well as the effect of internationalization of education in recent years.
Mr. Jim expressed his heartfelt thanks to Ms. Sun Weifang for her warm reception and introduced the basic situation, major settings, talent training, international cooperative education programs, and international student education of Loyalist College in Canada.
Afterwards, the two sides held friendly consultations on the cooperative school-running project and reached an agreement.
Before the meeting, Mr. Jim and Mr. Liu Xu visited the Open Training Platform, Textile And Garment Exhibition Hall and Industrial Center of YCPC.
