On December 8th and 9th, 2018, the 2018 Annual Meeting of National Joint Conference of Vocational & Technical College Presidents was held in Fuzhou, Fujian province,China. Li Renhe, president of our school, led the heads of school departments to attend the meeting.
The theme of the conference was “New Era, New Higher Vocational Education, New Goals”, and the primary task was to deeply implement the spirit of the national education conference, especially important exposition on education by President Xi Jinping.
The conference organized four sub-forums including “High-Level Professional Construction”, “Informatization and Classroom Teaching Reform”, “Social Service and Innovative Talent Training”, and “Integration of Industry-Educational Integration of Schools and Enterprises”. It also organized the “New Era, New Higher Vocational Education, New Goals” exhibition of high vocational education achievements and equipments. The conference commended the top 50 service contributions of national higher vocational colleges in 2017, the top 50 international influences of national higher vocational colleges in 2017, and the top 50 teaching resources of national higher vocational colleges in 2017.
Our college was honored with one of the top 50 international influences of national higher vocational colleges in 2017. President Li Renhe received the medal on behalf of the college.
